Returns Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to process a return. You are responsible for any payments due to returning the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Avatrek is not responsible for your returns until they land at our warehouse, so any lost returns will not be refunded. Proof of delivery must be given on return shipments.
Returns / Refunds can take 3-5 days to process after receiving.

In your parcel make sure to include the returns form which can be downloaded using the button below. If you do not have access to a printer, please include the same information written on paper.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For faulty items, we offer a full refund or exchange for a like-for-like item within 30 days of delivery. From 31-60 days, we will offer an exchange on a like-for-like item if available. If not available we will offer a refund. After 60 days from delivery, we will not be able to offer a refund or an exchange.
